A mental health and personal development organization focused on supporting men. The brand is built on the principles of creating safe spaces for emotional release, addressing unnamed wounds, practicing self-kindness and fostering community.
What Soft Work Builds

Strength that starts
on the inside
Soft Work helps men develop emotional regulation, clarity and self-trust. Our work teaches participants how to process stress instead of suppressing it.

Space for presence
and healing
Soft Work helps men confront the childhood wounds they carry so they don't have to pass them on. Awareness of emotional patterns can help create a greater presence, grace and patience in your relationships.

Responsibility from honesty
Soft Work strengthens men's ability to communicate clearly and stay emotionally engaged during conflict. Men learn how to take responsibility for their inner world so their relationships aren't carrying the weight of their unnamed stress.
The Soft Work Method

The Soft Work Method is a 8-week, small-group experience for men who want to slow down and do the work. Groups meet weekly for 90 minutes, virtually, in a confidential space designed for honest dialogue and real reflection.
Each group is professionally facilitated by founder, John Morgan, a former social worker with deep experience supporting men through emotional processing, identity work and more. Groups are kept intentionally small, no more than 12 men, to ensure every participant is seen, heard and supported without pressure or performance.
All you need is a mobile device, quiet space and a willingness to show up. No prior therapy experience is required. Just the readiness to try something different, to break a cycle and to stay with the work long enough to feel it working.
